Do you take my insurance?

River City Dental Care® is a fee for service practice. We will file the necessary claims to your insurance company for any dental services rendered at River City Dental Care®.

What can I do to get reimbursed by my insurance company as quickly as possible?

Keep us up to date on any changes in your address and phone number, so that your insurance reimbursements are mailed to the correct address and your insurance company can contact you if necessary.

What payment options are available to me?

Payment in full is due at the time services are performed unless arrangements are made prior to your appointment. We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards. Other financial options are available from dental credit companies. Healthcare Credit Line and Care Credit offer financial arrangements for dental care without interest or finance charges for 90 days to one year (depending on minimum requirements). Applications are available at River City Dental Care® and are quick and easy to fill out. Our staff will be happy to assist with completing and sending in these applications.

How often should I visit the dentist?

For most patients, regular cleanings are scheduled every six months. By visiting your dentist twice a year, he or she can monitor your oral health, keeping your teeth and gums in optimal condition.
