River City Dental Care® employs Dentists, licensed
by the State of Iowa 
to practice their profession and provide quality
dental health care for our patients. Dentists are hired as "Associates"
and work and receive benefits according to their individual contract agreements,
which are renewed on an annual basis.
River City Dental Care® will provide for all malpractice insurance coverage while a dentist is employed at the office. Salary is based on a percentage of the doctor's individual production. Benefits may vary as per individual contract.
